Information you choose to share

The project form asks for your name, email address, and details about the work: project type, platform, approximate budget, timing, and goals. You can also include your organization and website, or contact us by email. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or confidential client records.

How the inquiry form works

The information you submit is stored in a private inquiry database so dirango can review your request and respond. Cloudflare Turnstile checks the request for abuse. A salted hash of the connection IP address supports short-lived rate limiting; the raw address is not stored for that purpose. Resend delivers the brief to hello@dirango.com, and HubSpot keeps an inquiry record and note. This site does not embed a HubSpot form or tracking script.

Free website scans

The agent readiness scanner sends the public homepage URL you enter to Cloudflare URL Scanner. These scans are public: Cloudflare may list the submitted URL and scan results. Use only a public website address, without private links or credentials. No name, email address or account is required to see the report.

Dirango keeps a limited report and its public reference for 24 hours. Expired reports stop being available, and cleanup runs as requests are processed. Cloudflare keeps its own scan records under its policies. Turnstile checks scan submissions for abuse. Rate limits use a keyed hash of the connection IP address; the raw address is not stored in our scanner database. Anonymous account-wide quota counters may remain through the month.

Choosing “Request a quote for fixes” opens our Contact form with a reference to the public report. Findings are added only when you choose “Use scan findings.” Your brief stays in the page until you review it and choose to send it. Running a scan does not create an inquiry or subscribe you to marketing.

How we use the information

We use these details to answer your inquiry and keep a record of project discussions or agreed work. Cloudflare hosts the website and provides Turnstile for the project form. Resend delivers the inquiry email, and HubSpot keeps the inquiry record. These providers process information to support those services. Turnstile processes browser signals for its security check. Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum explains its handling of those signals.

We do not sell inquiry information or use it for targeted advertising. Sending a project inquiry is not a marketing subscription. On the production site at https://dirango.com, optional Google Analytics 4 is on by default for visitors in the United States who have no saved choice, unless Global Privacy Control is active. For visitors with no saved choice outside the United States, or when the region cannot be confirmed, analytics stays off until they accept it. A saved preference remains in effect if the detected region later changes, unless GPC is active. Analytics does not receive inquiry fields. See the cookies and browser storage notice.

Optional analytics and browser choices

When optional analytics is active, this site loads Google Analytics 4 from Google LLC and sends page views. When our server confirms that a project inquiry was received, the site may send a lead event containing only the method “project_brief” and sanitized page information. The analytics tag receives no name, email address, website, budget, timeline, message, form values, or receipt data. Page URLs are reduced to origin and path; referrers are reduced to origin. Query strings and fragments are removed. Analytics is available only on the exact HTTPS production hostname, dirango.com.

Cloudflare Pages supplies a country code with the page request. The site uses that value only to choose the initial analytics default; it returns a broad region label to the browser and does not store the country code or an IP address for this decision. For a visitor without a saved choice, if the region lookup fails, analytics stays off until they accept it.

Analytics uses first-party _ga cookies with a configured 90-day expiry. The first-party cc_cookie stores your preference for 90 days so the site can apply it on later visits. We do not use Google Signals, ad personalization, advertising storage, or advertising tags. Google's handling of data is described in its Privacy Policy.

Your browser's Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal takes priority over a stored analytics choice. The site checks the browser's GPC setting and the Sec-GPC request signal. When either reports GPC, the site removes a prior analytics grant, clears visible _ga* cookies, keeps optional analytics off, and does not load Google Analytics or send data to Google. When GPC is not active, you can change your choice at any time with the Privacy settings button in the footer. Turning analytics off disables further collection and clears visible _ga* cookies without reloading the page. Any contact form entries already in progress remain on the page; the site does not save form entries in browser storage.

For more detail about storage, read the cookies and browser storage notice.

Retention

We manually review unanswered inquiries after about 90 days. We may delete the record or keep it for an ongoing discussion or another documented reason. Records are not automatically deleted on day 90. Email and HubSpot copies are handled separately and may remain while discussing or delivering work. We aim to remove rate-limit entries after 24 hours. Cleanup runs as requests are processed, so removal may happen later.

Privacy requests and other rights

You can ask us to provide access to, correct, or delete inquiry information by emailing hello@dirango.com. Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply, you may have additional rights or choices. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-site targeted advertising on this site.

Processing in other countries

Some providers may handle information outside your country. The locations and applicable arrangements depend on the provider and service configuration. Contact us if you would like information about a particular inquiry.

Changes to this notice
