You'll work with me.
I'm involved from the first conversation through development and launch. If we continue working together afterward, I'm still your contact for the site.
Some projects are full redesigns. Others start with an existing website that needs better publishing tools, a new integration, or someone to handle the ongoing work. We can discuss what you have before deciding how much needs to change.
Our work includes WordPress sites for Coro California, Zultys, and MarketCast; Shopify stores for Kelty and Sierra Designs; and websites for public agencies and nonprofits.
See the projectsWe're building AI agents, too.
Marketing and operations teams spend a lot of time collecting information, preparing content, and putting reports together. We're building agents to help with that work, including searchable document libraries and recurring requests.
Before building one, we need to know which task it will handle, what information it can use, and which actions need a person's approval. We build and maintain the agent around those requirements.
How I approach a project
You should be able to ask a question and get an answer without sitting through a sales pitch.
I'll tell you when I think a smaller fix is enough. If a request adds cost or affects the schedule, we'll talk about it before building it.
Your team reviews the work as it develops. Before launch, we work through the remaining issues and make sure you know how to use the site. We also agree on who will handle updates and support afterward.
A background in engineering
I've also served as CTO at a fintech startup and a vacation rental technology startup, managing the engineering teams that built their applications.
I take on select fractional CTO engagements through dirango. That can be useful if you need help making technical decisions and managing development, alongside or beyond the website itself.
Have something in mind?
Send me the site and a few details about what you'd like to do. I'll review it and follow up with you.
